The CMA360 Workflow

A simple step-by-step outreach system that helps churches move from preparation, to digital connection, to real relationships, to discipleship.

Prepare Your Church

Before the campaign begins, the church prepares the people, the program, the prayer team, and the digital tools needed for outreach.

  • Choose a date for the Special Day.
  • Plan the music program, plant-based meal, and health talk.
  • Create the WhatsApp group for new contacts.
  • Form a dedicated prayer team.
  • Prepare campaign details, messages, and resources.

Digital Community Outreach — Marketing

During Days 1–10, the church begins reaching the local community through social media, digital advertising, and personal sharing.

  • Launch Facebook and digital ads in the local area.
  • Invite people to join the WhatsApp group.
  • Encourage church members to share the invitation.
  • Begin receiving prayer requests and Bible questions.
  • Start building awareness for the Special Day.

Relationship Building

From Days 11–26, the church builds trust through consistent, meaningful communication on the WhatsApp group.

  • Send short Bible topics and questions.
  • Share practical health messages.
  • Invite people to send prayer requests.
  • Answer Bible questions faithfully and kindly.
  • Keep reminding people about the Special Day.

Special Day At Church

Day 27 is where digital connections become real relationships as visitors are welcomed, served, and loved by the church.

  • Host an uplifting music program.
  • Serve a free healthy plant-based meal.
  • Present a practical health talk.
  • Encourage members to mingle with visitors.
  • Invite everyone to continue with the prophecy series.

Digital or Live Prophecy Seminar & Follow-Up

After the Special Day, the journey continues through Bible study, interaction, prayer, and personal follow-up.

  • Begin the prophecy seminar after the Special Day.
  • Share lessons digitally or present them live at church.
  • Use polls and questions to encourage interaction.
  • Follow up with interested contacts personally.
  • Invite people into deeper Bible study and discipleship.
