The CMA360 Workflow

A Simple Step-By-Step Evangelism System Based On Christ’s Method

CMA360 is designed to help churches move from simply hoping people will come… to intentionally building relationships with people in their communities. Our system combines digital evangelism, prayer ministry, health outreach, music ministry, community building, and discipleship into one practical workflow.

The entire process can be broken up into 5 phases.

Phase 1 — Prepare Your Church.
Before outreach begins, we prepare your church for success.
(1) Choose a date for your Special Day

The Special Day is the central community event where church members build relationships with the people reached through the digital campaign.

Your church chooses a date and start planning for:

Choose people responsible for

Music Program (11:00–12:00)
Select musicians or presenters who will create an uplifting and welcoming atmosphere.

Plant-Based Meal (12:30–14:00)
Choose members responsible for preparing and serving a healthy plant-based meal.

Health Presentation (14:00–15:00)
Choose someone to present NEW START principles or another relevant health topic.

(3) Create Your WhatsApp Group

Create a WhatsApp group and:

Enter the following information into the CMA360 campaign tool:
• Church Name (eg Hill SDA Church)
• Area / Town / City (eg Brooklyn)
• WhatsApp Sharing Link (You get this from WhatsApp after you created the group)
• Date Of Special Day (This is the date we will be working towards and want as many non-church members as possible to attend)
• Contact Person Details (This is the name and number where people can send any questions, prayer requests or testimonies)

The system automatically generates:
(5) Build A Prayer Team

Create a dedicated prayer group of at least two people. This team commits to praying daily for:

Mobilize Church Members - Now we begin connecting with people where they already are.

Church members receive:
• Marketing Images
• Marketing Text
• Other Sharing Material
Members are encouraged to share these ads with friends, family, coworkers, neighbours, and community members.

Launch Digital Advertising

During this phase:

The goal during this phase is simple:
During this phase we begin building trust.

We alternate between Bible content and practical health content.

The goal is to get people interested in Bible truth and healthy living. Usually one of these topics sparks interest. We also encourage them during this phase to attend our special day. Each video has a call to action that will be either an offer to pray for them or to answer any bible questions. Each video will also invite them to the special day.

The goal is not merely to run a program. The goal is:

Church members are encouraged to intentionally spend time with guests, listen to their stories, answer questions, and invite them to continue the journey which would be the online or in-person prophecy seminar starting soon.

The Special Day is not the finish line, it is the beginning.

Starting soon after the Special Day:
